Mince Pies

This afternoon I have been busy making mince pies from scratch.  It was the first time I had ever made them and feel that the outcome was successful. 

Here are the ingredients: Flora, plain flour, icing sugar, fry light and mince meat.
 I mixed 297g of plain flour with 113g of flora. Also a pinch of salt and a table spoon of sweetener.  I then added some water for the mixture to add together.
Spray fry light into the cake baked try. Then using shape cutters to form the base of the pies.
 I then added the mince meat inside the pies.
 Next using Christmas shape cutters I formed the top of the pies.
 Now the mince pies are ready to be cooked in the oven for 15 minutes.
 Once cooked and cooled down, sprinkle some icing sugar on the top for a more Christmas feeling.
