A walk down the River Aire

Following from yesterdays post, after my visit to Leeds Art Gallery and Henry Moore Institute I walked along the River Aire on the waterfront towards the Royal Armouries.  I took some lovely photographs along the way which I'd like to share with you.  But I do the believe that river is also used as a canal as well as I saw several canal boats along the way.  And I love the cute little mushroom on the last photograph, I believe it is probably used for tying the ropes on.

  1. I love it around there, hopefully moving to the flat on the canals and river before the summer!

  2. Yeah I rather liked it. Jealous! That'll be lovely :)
